AN INTENSIONAL VIEW OF JUDGMENT IN KANT’S KRV

This paper presents an elucidation of Kant’s notion judgment, which clearly is a central challenge to the understanding Critic Pure Reason, as well Transcendental Idealism. In contrast contemporary interpretation, but taking it starting point, following theses will be endorsed here: i) synthesis judgment expresses conceptual relation understood subordination in traditional Aristotelian logical scheme; ii) form does not comprise intuitions (or singular representations); iii) intuition concern; iv) response question about ‘x’ that grounds judgments must sought transcendental aspects: 1) on construction pure intuition, 2) experience and 3) requirements experience, respectively mathematical, empirical, philosophical judgments. The overall purpose build up supports latter assessment theoretical philosophy.
